When you feel as though there is no hope, it’s taxing to keep any sort of positive perspective. I was close to running out of hope when it came to managing my IBS. This is a condition that at least 15 percent of the population is dealing with. So while I’m not alone, the traditional meds weren’t doing anything for me. The thing about IBS is that it’s just utterly debilitating much of the time, my labor was absolutely great about helping me adjust my schedule. I’ve even been able to labor remotely at condo as that can be much more comfortable when I’m flaring. Still, it’s no picnic to stand at my tablet when all I want to do is kneel down & wish all the pain, bloating & intestinal discomfort to vanish. Of course, that didn’t happen. That coupled with the fact that I was so beat down due to IBS & my results with the meds almost was too much. Thankfully, I happened to see an advertisement for a cannabis dispensary event for those with my condition. That’s where I first began to learn about the medical marijuana benefits for those with IBS. This gave me that glimmer of hope that I so needed. I started getting myself a full on cannabis education as I got through the cannabis rules. I’m now dealing with cannabis products from the legal weed store & it’s like a miracle. I have responded to the medical cannabis treatments & am better than ever.
