Cannabis topicals for treating leg cramps

I focus so heavily on my health and physical fitness.

I’ve been a vegan for over twenty two years and I always stay away from fried foods, processed foods and an abundance of sweetners.

I always limit my alcohol intake and avoid nicotine. I workout every single day for approximately 2 hours. My exercise sessions are harshly intense and involve an enjoyable amount of high impact aerobics. I run, bike, jump rope and perform sets of jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, lunges and squats. I make sure to thoroughly moderate up my joints and muscles before starting. I include thorough stretching and a cool-down and drink lots of water. I still have a little trouble with thigh cramps. They tend to bother myself and others at night, when I’m trying to sleep. Normally in my thigh and calf muscles, the muscle seizes up and becomes entirely painful. I am way too conscientious about my health to try synthetic drugs. The list of side-effects is always much worse than the initial problem. I alway opt for natural remedies. Cannabis offers a vast array of curative properties. I am blessed that I have access to legal recreational marijuana at many local weed dispensaries. I don’t purchase these products for their psychoactive effects. I often use topicals that cause no stoned sensation whatsoever. When I guess the start of cramping in my muscles, I rub cannabis-infused ointment into my legs. I use a topical with a single-to-one ratio of THC and CBD for the sake of analgesic and anti-inflammatory benefits. The pain relieving effects set in quite hastily and offer sustained relief.
