I’m thankful we’ve had the cannabis cafe to go to

It’s been a fairly strenuous stretch of years for me.

I lost my father quickly and then the pandemic came to torture us.

It made everything incredibly difficult with honoring his wishes and taking care of his estate. Yet, it was my grief about losing my hero that was put on some sort of insane indefinite hold due to a global health crisis. Happily, I was able to still get to the cannabis dispensary or I don’t believe I could have dealt with everything. The local cannabis store was even offering its official clients marijuana delivery when things were at their worst. Having cannabis delivery was so awesome but it was also just a bit of a novelty. The local cannabis store abruptly chose to change up their operation and were able to handle certain numbers of people at a time in the cannabis dispensary. Amidst all of this craziness, the owners of our local cannabis store seized the opportunity to snap up an ancient tea shop just around the corner. This venue is now the up-to-date cannabis cafe. And it was a significant life saver for me. I could sit outside and appreciate the best tea in the area and still be safe. Just hanging outside with pals at the cannabis cafe was a lifeline for a duration of time. Finally, the grief about my father completely hit me and it’s been strenuous to sort of unravel and get acclimated to him being away. Yet, there isn’t an excruciating afternoon yet that can’t be entirely fixed with a cannabis edible treat and the best cup of tea in the region. At least I have that going for me and that’s something I’m especially grateful for.
