Last weekend my girlfriend got fired from her job.
She loved working at the medical marijuana facility.
Once she walked out of the marijuana store, she called me. I heard the tears in your voice, and I tried to calm her down. She said she didn’t do it, and I wanted to know what she didn’t do. She told me her manager at the marijuana dispensary had just fired her. She had worked the weekend with the manager. When she closed the cash register out on Sunday night, the count was perfect. Knowing my girlfriend aced mathematics in college, I’m sure she was right. The only other person in the mariuana dispensary other than my girlfriend, was the manager. She said there was a $26 deficit in the count. I argued with her, but she simply stated coldly that it sounded like I was accusing her of theft. She swears she was doing no such thing, but she knew it wasn’t her fault. The manager had her walk out of the marijuana dispensary with security following, and she was told to never return. Before she got of the door, the manager told her she would be putting her final check, minus the $26, in the mail at the end of the week. I don’t know what happened to that money, but I know my girlfriend didn’t take it. Maybe the manager at the marijuana dispensary, just wanted to get rid of her. Maybe I’ll go to the marijuana dispensary and pretend to just be a customer. I can ask questions about the girl who used to be behind the counter.
