This cannabis lock app seems like a fantastic idea

Okay, I feel as though I have a genius idea that could make me a million dollars! I got the idea a few weeks back when I woke up early one day to find a small stack of packages on our doorstep.

  • It was a good amount of stuff from Amazon, and yet I had no clue in the slightest why it was there.

I absolutely had not ordered all of these things, and so I checked my order history and managed to learn that I had entirely ordered all of this stuff. It was easily in the middle of the night, no doubt while I was really high on cannabis. I have a pretty serious problem with smoking too much cannabis and then going online and buying a ton of things! That led me to my awesome idea — an app that will stop you from ordering a bunch of crap you don’t need while you are drunk or entirely high on marijuana. I call it a cannabis lock, designed to discourage a stoned person from sending stupid emails or placing orders for stuff they don’t necessarily need. One of the features is an extra screen lock, incredibly complicated and absolutely more than enough to block the official stoner from doing stupid stuff on the internet. Another feature is a hidden 24 hour delay on all commercial websites, so you have to manually review and place that order on the upcoming day, when the THC is out of your system. Is the cannabis lock perfect, no of course it can’t be perfect, however it is enough of an inconvenience that it easily stops me from doing all of this ridiculous stuff on my phone. I’m thinking about adding an emergency unlock feature that will direct dial the local cannabis dispensary too.
