It really didn’t dawn on my wife and I that we were vacationing in a state where recreational marijuana was available to anyone of age. The fact that we could literally going shopping for marijuana for sale wasn’t on our radar at all. I guess that has a lot to do with a variety of factors. For one, any sort of cannabis is still illegal where we live. And we both sort of stopped using recreational marijuana once the kids came along. It was just the thing to do given the legal status of cannabis products where we live. Still, we were lucky to have friends drop some orange kush or whatever on us here and there over the years. We’d make sure that one set of the grandparents were taking care of the kids for those weekends. But that scenario didn’t come along all that often. So when we noticed that there were cannabis dispensaries along the route from the airport to the resort, we were intrigued. Finally, we were taking a vacation without our children and it wasn’t just a long weekend. That’s the great thing about getting the kids off to college. My wife and I know can do more things for just the two of us. So when we saw a local cannabis spot that was just a few miles from our destination, we stopped in. This was such an unexpected surprise to actually be shopping for marijuana for sale. But the real surprise came when we walked into all of the cannabis products that were available in that local cannabis spot. Indeed, we came away with a great sampler of cannabis products. It was the best vacation ever.
