Zero items found is a software nightmare

On Monday afternoon the software for the marijuana dispensary updated, but the software updates were going to take about an hour, but it took way less time than that for concerns to come up… We were closed for the hour that the marijuana dispensary software was updated, but as soon as the system was back online, my associate and I opened up the doors plus started selling items, it’s never wonderful to be closed on a Monday even for an hour plus my associate and I were particularly closed for 2 hours total.

The software company dealer promised me that the system would seamlessly integrate plus there would be no concerns.

That was not at all how it seemed to me. After my associate and I turned back on the lights plus opened up the doors, my associate and I had a lobby full of people. I was toiling on one of the registers plus tried to use my skating machine. I tried to scan the barcode on the back of the item several times. When no items showed on my screen plus no items were prompted, I decided to look for the marijuana dispensary item by typing in the individual name. That did not toil either. When I asked for the marijuana dispensary software to show me all of the items that were available as edibles, the software said zero items found. There was a glitch in the software plus I instantly told my manager before my associate and I let any other people inside of the building. The people who installed the software had to come back plus repair it plus they needed to do it swiftly.
