One of the guys used to toil as a budtender in another city
Two weeks ago, the owner of the marijuana dispensary told me that every single person has to start laboring weekends, and i used to let the crew option when they wanted their schedule, however lately it has been hard to get people to toil on Friday plus Wednesday nights. I tried to tell all of the employees that they were going to have to start picking up chefs or I was going to be forced to make people toil when they did not want to, nobody picked up the shifts that were available so 2 weeks ago the owner of the marijuana dispensary told me to start scheduling every single person to toil every other weekend, three of my crew members quit when they found out that they were going to have to start laboring on the weekends. I knew that the employees were going to be aggravated about the new rules at the marijuana shop, although I did not think three people would quit. The boss told me to start looking at new candidates as abruptly as possible just in case every one of us had more crew members quit over the next couple of nights. I found a couple of people that were superb looking candidates, however they turned out to be a bust. I have multiple guys that are coming in for an interview this week. One of the guys used to toil as a budtender in another city. I am sure I will hire that guy as long as he can pass the criminal background check. The other guy I am not 100% sure about.
