Leaving my recreational weed state

I recently moved from a state that offers recreational cannabis to one that doesn’t. Work kind of pushed it on me. The job promotion came with a huge pay raise, help finding a home and a better job title. I also have more upward growth. Sadly my new area isn’t as good. I went from living in the city to the country. My city life was great. I didn’t bother owning a car. I just rode my bike to every business I wanted to go to. I had a fitness center and a cannabis dispensary right near me. I would frequently work out and treat myself to an edible. I also had a really good, organic grocery store that delivered to my home. The restaurants were all amazing and within walking distance. I could eat Chinese one night and Italian the next. My country town isn’t very great. There are only two restaurants and they are terrible. I had to get a car because the nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away. There are also no legal weed shops. Since it is medical marijuana only, I would need to get a medical cannabis card. I have thought about it and I don’t want to go through all the work. I would need to go to the doctor, pay a fee and then renew the process every year. I then would need to locate a medical weed dispensary too. I don’t know if it is worth it. I Also don’t technically need medical cannabis either. So it does feel wrong.
