Helping my sleep issues

For a long time I struggled with sleeping.

I eliminated all blue light before bed.

I meditated, ate kiwi, drank chai tea and even invested in new sleepwear. New sheets, a pillow and a sound machine didn’t help either. I always had trouble falling asleep and then woke up a bunch of times in the night. I did some research on what to do for sleep issues. A lot of people highly recommended relying on cannabis. Since my state only permits medical cannabis I needed to get a medical marijuana card. The process wasn’t difficult or that expensive thankfully. The worst part was trying to figure out what product to take in order to sleep at night. I did manage to go to a nice medical cannabis dispensary. The budtenders were really great at recommending products that help a person sleep at night. At first I thought I could get away with no THC in my strain of cannabis. Apparently in order to get that deep, full night of sleep a bit of THC has to be in the blend. I decided I would rather be high as a kite and able to sleep than sober and just tired. I also didn’t want to smoke a joint, load a pipe or rip a bong before bed. That’s how I got onto vaping cannabis oil right before bed. I do it about an hour before taking hits for 10 minutes at a time. I then get a nice little ehigh going on, brush my teeth and immediately crawl into bed. I have been falling asleep much quicker now.
