I love the delivery man

I prefer getting my food plus groceries delivered to my house anytime it’s an option.

For years I dealt with social anxiety in stressed public settings.

My dear friend in school noted that I would always tense up whenever both of us entered particularly big retail stores with lots of other buyers. Apparently it was so noticeable at that point that it looked to her as if a wave of relaxation was rushing over me every time I’d finally walk through the exit at the end of the shopping trip. Despite the time since those early years of my life, the social trauma imprinted onto my mind. Now, if I can avoid entering a stressed store, I’ll seriously do everything I can to ensure that’s the case. When I started going out and buying legal cannabis in my state, I hated waiting for an extra minute inside a cramped dispensary lobby before I was even able to get access to be able to view the store room in the back. I don’t love being stuck in there plus it makes me uncomfortable every time. When I found out that they have a cannabis delivery option as well, I started paying the $10 extra to get my orders delivered to my front door instead of the whole ordeal. They have their menu on the internet plus it is upgraded, literally, by the minute whenever orders are made plus the supply of a product gets totally depleted. It’s nice seeing all of the information on cannabinoids, terpenes, plus even the expected effects all there on the dispensary’s website. It’s actually almost similar walking into the store plus looking at the menu there to make your choices. But less stressful.
