I have never let myself smoke anything.
Not once in my life have I ever inhaled a cigarette.
I haven’t tried a cigar, a vape pen, or a joint either. However, I’ve recently gathered that I need to start using medical marijuana because of my insomnia. Medical marijuana works far better to deal with sleeping than any prescription medication would… Plus, there are no horrible side effects that I might encounter from prescription medication. Best of all, in my opinion, medical marijuana is not in the least bit addictive. I do not like the thoughts of being addicted to a pill and being reliant on it in order to sleep. That’s why I was super glad when my nurse proposed that I try medical marijuana for my insomnia concerns instead of trying to write me a script for some powerful, mind changing drugs. I never smoked pot or used any sort of marijuana product while in high school or college. The thought of using medical marijuana legally was a whole new ball game all together. I was truly excited when I found out that I wouldn’t have to smoke marijuana in order to get the desired effects from it. These days, marijuana comes in several forms. You can take it in oil form or eat it as an edible. It helps with my sleeping issues and I hardly notice taking it! A few drops of CBD oil in my tea and then I can rest easy at night with hardly any issue.
