Choosing a cannabis dispensary

Shortly after my state legalized marijuna, a half dozen dispensaries opened up in my local area.

While I was interested in the purchase of legal cannabis for recreational purposes, I was worried about finding a safe and good quality product.

I assumed that marijuana would be like anything else, with a wide range of quality available. Ingesting a product that is compromised with contaminants could have a negative impact on my health. There’s also a huge difference in the potency of different strains and plenty of options to choose from. I wanted to be sure that when I chose an edible, flower, concentrate or tincture that I knew exactly what I was getting. I decided to start with the closest dispensary to my home. I would prefer not to drive four hours every time I want to buy cannabis. I was hoping that I’d be able to take advantage of delivery. I was pleased to see that the dispensary within the closest proximity to my home provides a wide variety of strains at different potencies. I paid a visit to the dispensary to verify that the cannabis looks good and smells fresh. I know that an unpleasant odor is a sign of mold. I was pleased to see that the cannabis strains are packaged in clear containers, allowing me to see what I was buying. At that particular dispensary, the prices are a bit high but I believe that higher quality cannabis is worth paying more. While I was there, I spoke with the budtender. He was very knowledgeable about the strains, the highs they would provide and the difference between flowers, edibles, oils and the various forms. He was friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The budtender was willing to answer my questions and provide suggestions.
