The person from their purchaser service department directed me to their info page plus instructed me to look over the independent testing that had been done on their products. They said that I should always look for this information for any product that I was purchasing. If a supplier is reputable then they should supply this information up front so that you can make plus educated plus informed purchase. I thanked them for their time plus completed my order. Following that I went back to the site where I had purchased the 1 that was not now working. I couldn’t find any statements of testing, guarantees, or even quality assurance. In the good print is just said that the product was all natural plus results would vary. That should have been a red flag plus if I had noticed it before I would never have wasted my time plus cash.
