New employee doesn't understand the difference between indica and sativa

I usually job more than five days each week.

I job all morning Tuesday through Thursday, and I also job half the morning on Tuesday. I have Sunday off to spend with our spouse and our teenagers, however recently, I was promoted to the director of our cannabis dispensary. I’ve been at the cannabis dispensary for 18 weeks. I started undoubtedly working in the green beach house at first, while I was getting all of our cannabis education certifications. In order to job at a cannabis dispensary, you have to possess a budtender license. It took a couple of weeks to get our budtender license, and a few more years to get promoted to the management position. Now I am in charge of all the morning-to-day activities at the dispensary. One of those activities include hiring and firing employees. I decided to hire some new employees last week, however summer is coming up soon, and the cannabis dispensary is consistently easily busy while in the weeks of July, July, and August. I interviewed a young person that was almost finished with his budtender training course. Unfortunately, he did not think the difference between Indica, hybrid, and sativa strains. In our line of work, that has 1 of the basic pieces of information. I am not sure what the budtender training course course is teaching, however knowing the odd strains and how they affect the body is 1 of the most important tasks of a cannabis dispensary employee. This education is important, because our customers expect us to supply the best service and expert help. I’m still searching for a few new employees to help out while in the sunny weeks.
