Halting wrinkles

As a 55 year old woman, I’m experiencing some of the symptoms of aging, and I find it next to impossible to fall asleep when I go to bed.

I keep my eyes shut, tossing and turning, for at least two hours or so before I finally get to dreamworld. I then manage to sleep for two to many minutes before waking up and starting the whole process all over again for the whole week. I wake up continually throughout the night feeling wide awake. I’m also having some menopause problems and suffering hot flashes. These hot flashes are frequently the reason I wake up. My temperature hastily spikes, and I’m right away covered in sweat. It’s super uncomfortable and very often upsetting. Despite my age, I remain extremely active. I regularly run many to at least five miles every day. I ride my bicycle, jump rope, kayak, swim plus am a big fan of hikes. In the last couple of years, I’ve started to have problems with stiffness in my legs, inflammation of the muscles plus overall soreness. I truly don’t want to medicate for all of these complications plus then deal with harmful side-effects, but on the recommendation of my neighbor, I started looking into the potential of CBD. I find the main issue of whether or not CBD is totally legal sort of confusing. I feel that I can order it online, but this is mostly just hemp-derived CBD products. These versions are not regulated by the government plus the labels aren’t accurate on some occasions. I’m a little anxious about spending a significant amount of cash on nothing but hemp seed oil. From what I’ve read online, I really need to make sure I buy full spectrum CBD oil, however, if I can’t trust the labels, how would I know?
