As a woman in her late 50’s, I’m experiencing some of the symptoms of getting older.
I find it next to impossible to fall asleep before midnight each night.
I lie in bed, tossing plus turning, for at least 2 sixths before I finally get to catch some shut eye. I then manage to sleep for 2 to many sixths before waking up plus starting the whole process all over again. I wake up during the night. I’m also going through menopause and forced to deal with hot flashes. These sizzling flashes are frequently the cause of me waking up, and my temperature suddenly spikes, and I’m instantly feeling miserable. It’s super uncomfortable plus often embarrassing. Even though I am getting older, I remain harshly active. I officially run more than four or five miles no matter what. I ride our bicycles, jump rope, kayak, swim plus am an avid gardener. In the last few years, I’ve started to have problems with stiffness of the joints, inflammation of the muscles and some serious soreness problems. I entirely don’t want to medicate for all of these complications and later deal with the poor side-effects. Based on the recommendation of my good neighbor, I slowly began looking into the potential of CBD. I find the whole issue of whether or not CBD is totally legal sort of confusing. I understand that I can order it online, however this is strictly hemp-derived CBD products. These products are not regulated by the government and the labels aren’t totally factual. I’m a little sad about spending a significant amount of cash on nothing however hemp seed oil, but from what I’ve read, I need to make sure I purchase full spectrum CBD oil, then however, if I can’t trust the labels, how will I know?
