Shopping for a CBD product

As a personal trainer I am always aware of the newest fitness trends and what I can be doing to help my customers.

I always have clients that are dealing with post workout pain, and recently I have been suggesting that they use CBD topical lotions.

Many of my clients have heard of CBD edibles and vapes, but weren’t aware that they could apply it topically to their skin. The best part about CBD topicals and creams is that you get localized treatment to the joints or muscles that are experiencing pain. Instead of taking a tincture or using a vape pen that affects your entire body, you apply the cream where it hurts and wait a few minutes until the pain is lessened. After a long work out your muscles get tired and sore, and it can be a few days until some people want to get back into the gym. By offering my clients topical CBD for post recovery I have found that they return a few days sooner than they would have before. My clients have been raving about how much the CBD has helped their muscles and joints, and allowed them to get back to the gym quicker and hit the weights harder. In the past I have used various creams and topicals with clients, but nothing that gets results quite like CBD topicals do. I have yet to try some of the other forms of CBD, like tinctures and vaporizers, but I have heard from other trainers that they can be help for pre workout for motivation and sustained attention. I also know one trainer that uses CBD before competitions to ease competition nerves and help him calm down. It’s amazing that something from the cannabis plant can provide so much for the health industry.
